His record of being the Youngest Engineer to make a Line Follower Robot is featured in the WORLD RECORD UNION BOOK 2018.

  • Bhavya Bansal, Grade IX student has published a research paper in International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET) on “Role of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine during Covid-19 virus Pandemic”.
  • Aayaan, the green warrior of our school has been relentlessly waging a war against single use plastic since 2018. He started his campaign called antiplastic crew last year at a tender age of 7. He has gone to several restaurants and educated them about harmful effects of single use plastics and urging restaurants to stop using plastic straws. He has helped save millions of straws in the past one year. He has taken his campaign to the local shopkeepers and helped reduce use of plastic bags. He has given talks in Delhi, Ludhiana &Kasauli to educate people about how harmful single use plastics can be. He also presented a presentation at Ficci event, urging everyone to give up single use plastics. He also gave a talk alongside Father Davis Chiramel to help save the environment. He took the mission of turning his school plastic free and succeeded in that. His efforts have been published by NDTV, Tribune, Punjab Kesari, Dainik Bhaskar newspapers. Doordarshan channel also acknowledged his efforts on DD Punjabi.He was invited as a panelistnewsX channel on prime time on 2nd October 2019 and was also invited as a guest speakerby iift.

  • Satyan Bhavya Bansal of Grade IX has won the Best Poster Award and the Youngest Wizard Award in Poster Making Competition on the occasion of International Women's day in Women Cardiology Care Conference 2020 held at Hero DMC, Ludhiana. The theme of the competition was “Each for Equal". He was appreciated by the judges of the competition for his creativity and ingenuity of ideas.
  • Soapdales, a soap story is a dream & idea of thirteen year old Pavaki Nanda, Grade VIII Satyan of Sat Paul Mittal School. During the lockdown, she had the idea of making chemical free soaps with pure natural ingredients that are not only good for skin but also for the environment.
  • To felicitate the Class X city toppers (Session 2019-2020) of ICSE, CBSE and PUNJAB Board, Bhartiya Vikas Parishad (Punjab) organized Guru Vandana ChhatraAbhinandan - a virtual Prize Distribution programme.Satyan Kriti Garg who topped Punjab with astounding 98.8% in ICSE Board was honoured with a prize in this ceremony. The felicitations were also extended to Mrs. Bhupinder Gogia, Principal, Sat Paul Mittal School, who through her vision and commitment has enriched the lives of children. The worthy principal was conferred with a prize and was appreciated for taking initiatives to improve learning amongst children and implementing innovative methods to ensure the holistic development of the students.   • TEDxYouth@SPMSLive- An Event of the youth, by the youth and for the youth wherein Aayaan Aggarwal, Namya Joshi and Sara Chawla from Sat Paul Mittal School sparked deep discussions and formed great connection with the audience from around the globe.
  • We have 13 students in the school who have their start-up they have initiated. The SEP boasts of an exhaustive integrated program which aims to develop the creative capacity, entrepreneurial confidence and help the Satyans to acquire the necessary skills to build scalable startups that solve real problems. The students develop a perceptive, sensitive and critical response to the role of business in a local (school) context through market research, branding, school canteens and start – ups.

Tahira Grewal of Class XI-D grabbed the first position in Point of View Presentation competition and Ria Kansal of Class XI-B bagged the third position in the Corporate Roadies competition.
  • Akshat Gupta of Grade X earned the place of pride by getting his research paper ‘The Universe’ published in "International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology".
  • Saksham Kanya, a Digital Empowerment Initiative of the Girl Child, run by Aalia Jain, an attempt to help underprivileged girls gain empowerment through the powerful digital medium. It is the brain child of 14 years old Aalia , who after achieving financial success with her cooking channel on YouTube – Qgrub and her Facebook page Qgrubrecipes, wanted to help and guide girls of her age.
  • Haribadat Kaur, a student of Grade VI has initiated the sale of her paintings through a website created solely for this purpose. She has decided to donate the proceeds of the sales of the paintings in order to help the needy children. The website, www.haribadat.com was launched by Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma, Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana on 10th August 2020. He appreciated Haribadat’s efforts and wished her success in her venture.
  • Satyan Ayanna Gupta of class 2D auditioned for multi talent contest Niyane of Punjab held in Ludhiana in July. She was selected for the Semi-finals held in October as she gave a spellbinding performance. After blazing her way through the semi-finals, she entered the finals in her age group. Her penchant for perfection and her hard work earned her a standing ovation, and her classical moves won her the first prize trophy. One of the judges, who is part of the Punjabi film industry, announced a prize of his own-Golden Ticket-which enables her to cast the winner in her next production. She had also cleared the 2 rounds of Auditions of Super Dancers by Sony TV.
  • Satyan Snehal Jindal has made the school proud by winning the 3rd position in the Business Idea Competition at the Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his two-week summer program at Wharton, his team was also awarded the KWHS choice award for the best social media marketing. He has also used this opportunity to take part in extensive community service and to make connections with people from variant parts of the world.

The team of Sat Paul Mittal School comprising of Aiman Jain, Mehr Gupta and Gopika Makhija of Class 10-C won 21 medals. As Aiman bagged ten medals in various categories like in Individual debate-gold, individual writing-silver, Individual MCQs-1gold, 2 silver, best scholar-1 silver, Ambassador of WSC -1 gold, Team M.C.Q-1 silver, Team debate-1silver, scholar’s bowl champion-silver.   • Six of our students of class VI, V and IV respectively have won the First prize in the prestigious World Educational Robot Contest held in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
  • Every year number of students excel in National Cyber Olympiad in First Level and Second Level.
  • A project titled “Impact of festivals on weather” was prepared by students of classes IX & XI. The project was selected for presentation at National Level organized by National Science Congress. The project was given B+ grade, the highest grade given to any project in the competition. The team secured Third position at the District and Second position at the State level. The team also participated at the National Level.
  • The school is committed to incorporate international experience and create leadership opportunities to benefit the Satyans. Adhering to this, 3 of our students attended a short term Student Exchange Programme to Germany organized by Youth for Understanding India.
  • Four of our students has brought laurels to the school for being selected for Youth Empowerment programme in collaboration with YFU. Every year one of the student get selected to fully funded scholarship by the Japanese government.
  • One of our student took part in the Global Young Leaders Conference. The conference sessions took place in Washington DC, USA.
  • Four of our students attended the Doon Leadership Programme held at the Doon School, Dehradun.

Our students have been participating for HMUN, DSMUN and various other MUNs from last two years. They have been acknowledged as the best delegates in various committees.
