fellowships

The Satyan Fellowship Programme is a 30 week full time intensive multi-disciplinary, pedagogical program for graduates with Master's or Bachelor of Education degree from reputed colleges in Ludhiana. Candidates from all academic backgrounds with Bachelors or Master’s degree in education with /without work experience and below 25 years of age are applicable to apply for the fellowship program. They would receive a monthly honorary stipend and would be awarded with the Sat Paul Mittal School Fellowship Program (Satyan Fellows) certificate.

The Fellowship Program aims at providing real time experiences to fellows in the role of a teacher at Sat Paul Mittal School. It also focuses on raising awareness on various strategies /pedagogies /conceptual depth in line with Sat Paul Mittal School teaching standards. The Fellowship Programme has been designed on the following principles.

• To provide the fellows with holistic experience to be open to learning and broaden their perspectives.
• To nurture leadership, creativity, collaboration, empathy and adaptability.
• To assist the fellows to acquire essential skills needed for research, problem solving and effective communication.
• To create opportunities for personal and professional growth for the future.
