As we have limited seats available, we have adopted a fair and transparent process to admit students in our foundation (Pravesh Vatika) class

Announcements for admission to Kindergarten are made through the school website and advertisements in leading newspapers. The age of entry for children to Pravesh Vatika will be 3 years 6 months to 4 years and 6 months as on 31st March of the year of joining.

The school reserves seats for the Economically Weaker Section/disadvantaged students as per the guidelines of the government. Seats are also available for transfer cases. The school grants admission based on a point system.

UPVAN TO CLASS XI

Students are admitted through the year depending on the vacancies arising in a given class. Preference is given to siblings, transfer cases and those on the waiting list.

Check with your bank on whether the money was deducted from your account. If yes, please carry a copy of the receipt or SMS when you come for verification. If the money was not deducted then visit the registration application fee payment page to make the payment. You do not need to fill the admission form again.
Check that you have filled up data for all the fields and that there are marked with a red * mark anywhere. A red * indicates that you have left out information for a required field. The next step of the application process will not be displayed unless you will up all the details on a particular page.
In case your computer crashes while filling the application form, please visit the site again and re-fill the form.
A unique registration number and the date and time for verification and submission of the form will be generated once you submit your application form. Generation of this number indicates that your form has been successfully submitted.
  • You will receive a unique registration number which should be noted down.
  • You will also be allotted the date and time. Your application will not be considered for the admission procedure if you do not come for verification and submission.

The photograph should meet the following requirements:

  • The photograph should be a recent one.
  • The size of the photograph should be 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm (passport size).
  • The photograph should have a plain white or off-white background.
  • The photograph should show the full face of the child clearly.

The affidavit should be properly stamped with the date clearly mentioned and duly notarised.
Read the instructions carefully and follow them diligently and please ensure that copy of the form and the attested photocopies of documents are arranged properly before coming to the counter for submission. The original documents also need to be organised accordingly. Before you leave home kindly ensure that all points mentioned under the checklist in the email are taken care of.
The Google map should have the proper address of the applicant. It should clearly show the distance from the school to the home address which should be clearly mentioned and marked.
